Once you are a student of UHI Perth, you automatically become a member of HISA, the Highlands and Islands Students' Association. Made up of elected student officers and employed staff, HISA Perth represents you as a student. We ensure your voice shapes and influences decisions made about the education and student experience delivered locally in Perth, across the wider UHI network, and at a national level.

The OBI Awards celebrate the Outstanding, Best and most Inspiring staff, students and student groups that help make UHI Perth a fantastic community.
Our 2025 Awards Ceremony took place on 28th May in the Goodlyburn Theatre.
